Terry Dann (UK) has over 35 years experience in providing IT services and change management guidance to the automotive manufacturing andfinance industries in Latin America, Asia Pacific and the USA.

He was until recently the IT Director of Ford Financial Europe, where he successfully created common systems across 21 countries and 5 brands, achieving best in class IT costs by a large margin. He was also responsible for IT governance and strategy throughout Asia Pacific and Latin America and was a key architect of Ford Financial’s global systems and process harmonisation programme.

Terry has an innovative method for developing and evaluating cohesive IT strategies in close partnership with business executives. He also has a rigorous approach to project planning, ensuring that developers and sponsors are aligned to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.

He has chaired a number of CIO bodies and has presented on IT Change Management, Strategic planning and project planning.
